A Classic?

Well, it's not about the book today... it's about MY 80 days and the trip it's been... since I began tracking me weight and making changes. Woo! 28.4 pounds.
I am considering tossing in an extra day at the gym - perhaps going sometimes on Sunday afternoon... just to see what that would do to my weeks of losing weight and gaining tone and better (not round) shape...


When do you all go to the gym? How often? For how long?

I normally go three times a week. Either first thing in the morning or about 3pm if I feel the need to slack off from work for a bit.

80 days already? You ROCK!

I work out 6 days a week, in one form or another. I do strength training 3 times a week and cardio only the other days. I vary the amount of time with each session and shoot for one longish (an hour or more) each week. I don't always get there with it though. Oh, and all my workouts are at night. The timing works best for me that way.

Congra-rats on your 80 days!

As far as the gym, I go for half an hour twice a week (cycling) and then an hour on Saturdays (cycling & treadmill). During the week I go in the evenings after work and on Saturdays it's around noon-ish.
